Real cree led or fake? how to distinguish them?

It’s well-known fact that CREE Chips have the best performance in output,lifespan,stability,etc. it is simple to recognize if your LED lights are using real chips or not.

Cree’s cathode design incorporated a square with golden lines dividing the surrounded area into equal rectangles. this creates a negative plane instead of a point but is also very helpful in identifying the model of LED.

Fake CREE LED chips:

Some chips look the similar type and shape as the Cree chips,but if you check them with microscope you can easy find the cathode is total different. they are fake Cree chips.
